TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Our minimum stay is 3 days.  Check in and check out days are included to give peace of mind if you are delayed arriving or departing.
  • A deposit of £5.00 per day secures a booking.  We kindly ask that this is paid within 14 days of the booking being made. The balance remaining is payable at the end of the stay.
  • To ensure we have the most up-to-date information about our guests, a completed booking form must be received on or before the first day of the stay.
  • Unfortunately, guests from different households cannot share a room.
  • If a booking is cancelled less than 2 calendar months before the first day of the stay, we will be unable to refund the deposit.
  • A short notice cancellation, less than two weeks before the first day of the stay, will require the remaining balance to be paid.
  • We are unable to accept bookings for diabetic or un-neutered guests.
  • A vaccination certificate to be retained during the stay will be requested on arrival.  For the protection of other guests’ boarding will be refused should this not be available.  (Initial courses of vaccination – both injections completed 4 weeks before first day of stay.  Annual boosters – completed 2 weeks before 1st day of stay)
  • We reserve the right to refuse any guests that we consider to be unwell on arrival.
  • The hotel will administer medication prescribed by a veterinary surgeon that can be added to food, and will attempt to administer medication orally.  We cannot guarantee to do this if the guest is not compliant.  All medication must be clearly labelled and in a suitable container/packaging.
  • As a condition of our veterinary insurance we must request that the Authorisation for Veterinary Treatment Consent section of the booking form be signed on or before arrival.
  • If no contact is made with the hotel by the owner or their emergency contact, and a guest is left for more than 7 days after their booked collection date, unfortunately we will have to transfer them to a rescue centre.
