• Our minimum stay is 3 days.  Check in and check out days are included to give peace of mind if you are delayed.
  • A deposit of £5.00 per day per cat secures a booking.  The balance remaining is payable at the end of the stay.
  • To ensure we have the most up-to-date information about our guests a completed booking form must be received on or before the first day of the stay.
  • Unfortunately, guests from different households cannot share a room.
  • We are unable to accept bookings for diabetic guests or un-neutered guests over 6 months of age.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any guests that we consider to be unwell on arrival.
  • The Hotel will administer medication prescribed by a veterinary surgeon.  We will attempt to administer medication as directed if the guest is compliant.  All medication must be clearly labelled and in a suitable container/packaging.
  • As a condition of our veterinary insurance the Authorisation for Veterinary Treatment section of the booking form must be signed on or before arrival.
  • If no contact is made with the hotel by the owner or their emergency contact, and a guest is left for more than 7 days after their booked collection date, unfortunately we will have to transfer them to a rescue centre.
  • All guests, new or returning, must provide a vaccination certificate showing up-to-date vaccinations.  Boarding will be refused should this not be available on arrival.  Any outstanding balance for the booking will have to be paid

Cancellation Policy

  • Any deposit paid will be held on account and applied to future bookings.
  • Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the first day of the booking will require the remaining balance to be paid.
